The Conan Fitness 12 Week Challenge!

 Are you up for the challenge and the transformation?

We are always looking for extremely committed individuals to journey through our 12 week challenge.

The challenge is simply the most radical transformation you can make with all of our help, support programs, nutrition, training and methods in a 12 week period. It also involves several extra commitments:

  • Blogging your progress, how you feel and reporting major milestones
  • Before and after photos
  • Weekly appraisals/measurements to track progress
  • Several video blogs (video updates of the journey to date).
  • Final conclusive results blog to announce total transformation with any tips and lessons you learned along the way for other individuals to take heed of in their own personal journeys to transformation
