What Are Conan’s Boot Camp Perth Sessions All About?
Conan’s outdoor fitness bootcamp are the ideal training regime to take your fitness up a notch. These fun filled sessions will boost your motivation, challenge you in mind and body and kick start you out of the rut of your training plateau. These group training sessions are based on high intensity variety training, cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges, boxing, team drills with structured progressions. These 12 week progressional programs are designed to produce peak performance and elite fitness across many disciplines.
If you feel you are not quite ready for our main sessions or have an entry-level fitness, don’t worry come and start with our Beginner Boot Camps. Based on less aggressive progressions and lower intensity versions of our main boot camp perth sessions, these 8 week programs will whip you into shape.

Boot Camp Perth: Langley Park

Style: Primarily this is a running based fitness bootcamp focused at building elite running fitness, speed and endurance. Segregated into structured levels of fitness determined by performance scores.
Where: Langley Park (Western End)
We meet on the western end of Langley Park, near the corner of Victoria Ave and Terrace Rd, Perth.
When: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 5:30pm
Boot Camp Perth: Kings Park – DNA Tower
Style: Based on high intensity variety training, cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges, boxing, team drills with structured 12 week progressional programs.
Where: DNA Tower (Kings Park)
Drive down Fraser Avenue (main Street of Kings park), veer right behind the restaurant, turn left at the roundabout, take 2nd exit at next roundabout, then take first left approximately 100 meters after the roundabout. The next right turn will take you to the base of the tower where we meet.
When: Tuesday Morning & Afternoon
Time: 600am & 5:30pm

Boot Camp Perth: Kings Park – Jacobs Ladder
Style: Based on high intensity variety training, cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges, boxing, team drills with structured 12 week progressional programs.
Where: Jacobs Ladder (Kings Park)
Jacobs Ladder is located at the West end of Perth. Where St George’s Terrace ends, Malcom St begins. Cliffe St is directly off Malcom St just before Kings Park Rd. We meet on the grassed area in the park, adjacent to the roundabout.
When: Thursday Morning & Afternoon
Time: 6:00am & 5:30pm

Boot Camp Perth: Mt Lawley – Banks Reserve (Beginner)
Style: Based on less aggressive progressions and lower intensity versions of our main boot camp sessions, these 8 week programmes will whip you into shape.
Where: Banks Reserve, Mt Lawley
Located on Joel Tce just off East Parade, 2 streets passed the corner of Guildford Rd heading South. We meet at the end of the grassed area next to the Basketball Court.
When: Friday Morning
Time: 6:30am

Boot Camp Perth: City Beach
Style: Based on high intensity variety training, cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges, boxing, team drills with structured 12 week progressional programs.
Where: City Beach
Located just off West Coast Highway, South of Scarborough Beach, On Challenger parade. We meet on the grassed area between the Restaurant (Oceanas) and the Surf Life Saving Club.
When: Saturday Mornings
Time: 7:30am
