Cardio High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) also known as sprint interval training is one of the most effective fitness classes / fitness program you can do. This fitness program alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These 30 minute fitness classes provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
