Boot Camps

Group Fitness Training - Boot Camp PerthConan Fitness outdoor fitness bootcamps are the ideal training regime to take your fitness up a notch. These group fitness training sessions are based on high intensity variety training, cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges, boxing, team drills with structured progressions. Programmed to produce peak performance and elite fitness across many disciplines and contexts. 12 week programmes with constant succession.

If you feel you are not quite ready for our main sessions or have an entry-level fitness, don’t worry come and start with our Beginner Boot Camps.  Based on less aggressive progressions and lower intensity versions of our main boot camp sessions, these 8 week programmes will whip you into shape.

Where: Boot Camp Perth (Langley Park) / Boot Camp Kings Park ( DNA Tower / Jacobs Ladder) / Boot Camp Mount Lawley ( Banks Reserve) / Boot Camp City Beach

When: Monday – 5:30pm / Tuesday – 6:00am & 5:30pm / Wednesday – 5:30pm / Thursday – 6:00am & 5:30pm / Friday – 6:30am / Saturday – 7:30am

Boxing

Group Fitness Training - Boxing TrainingA complete circuit training workout for the cardiovascular system, respiratory system and multiple muscle groups. Team Boxing will increase your strength, endurance, agility and coordination. You will burn fat, build muscle tone and get fit all at the same time.

When: Monday & Wednesday – 6:45pm   /   Saturday – 9:30am

Cardio HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Cardio HIIT Fitness ClassesHigh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of the most effective group fitness training sessions you can do. This group fitness training alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These 30 minute fitness classes provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. You control the intensity of the workout, which means the harder you go, the fitter you’ll become.
