What Is Intensive Unit Training?

Intensive Unit Training (IUT) offers a specialised style of training for individuals looking to take their training to the next level.

To work your way through the IUT ranks, each participant must take responsibility of the fitness goals they are faced with to take them from entry level novice to ultimate warrior status.  Everyone must start at entry level but the IUT program allows you to train with people of a similar fitness level, keeping you on your game and striving for results. Once you have completed each unit within your current level you must pass the test to move to the next level.

Ultimately, your rise through the ranks will be a result of the commitment you make to reach the next level and the effort you put into your training regime not just in the gym, but in your own time as well.  We’ll set the challenge; it’s up to you to find your warrior within.
