Luke Dimasi
Luke Dimasi is an experienced Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer and has been working and studying in the industry for over 9 years. During the completion of a bachelor’s degree at the University of W.A. he personally trained many clients of various walks of life from the mainstream weight loss populace to sports specific and wheel-chair bound clientele. Luke also spent 4 years in management including a State Personal Training Managing role in one of WA’s largest health chains. He has a Master Practitioners qualification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro Semantics and works one on one with clients aiming to improve their current conditions on anything from un-resourceful beliefs and emotions to setting positive frames of mind on various aspects of life.

Eric Meade
Eric Meade is an experienced personal trainer / fitness trainer and boxing coach who has trained and coached in the boxing industry back in Ireland. He has trained with some of the top boxing coaches in Ireland who have trained amateur and professional boxers. Eric has also worked in Health and Fitness Clubs as a Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer and has coached intense strength and conditioning training for Football Clubs in Ireland and Australia.

Paul Foote
Paul Foote is an inspiring and dynamic fitness trainer who has worked and studied overseas as a personal trainer for over 6 years. He competes in National bodybuilding competitions and also trains anyone looking to compete in bodybuilding fields.

Isla Staff
Isla Staff is an experienced personal trainer / fitness trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She joins the Conan Team having had over 3 years experience in the health and fitness industry.

Carrie Tansey
Carrie Tansey previous worked as a Communications Manager and Public Relations Advisor before following her passion into the health and fitness industry. She enjoys challenging her physical abilities especially in triathlon events. Carrie is a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness trainer who enjoys helping people from all walks of life realise their health and fitness goals and ultimately shaping a stronger future both physically and mentally.

Kyle Southcombe
Kyle Southcombe has a background in both Personal Training and Health Club Management. He has always been passionate about massage, especially remedial and deep tissue and has since focussed his attention on his great talent to remedy many of the aches and pains that ail the people he treats. Kyle has a deep knowledge and experience base in the arena of massage and also teaches massage at Discover Massage Australia where he is the Western Australia Principal Course Instructor.

“I have always been passionate about helping others and watching them achieve their goals. Massage is very rewarding and I get great satisfaction when I see my clients get off the table at the end of a massage with no discomfort or pain from when they first walk in”
